Fast...Forward...
A recent study by US scientists have revealed that Forwarding emails helps people maintain social ties. The research had been done by Benjamin Gross at the University of Illinois along with his colleagues. The research studied e-mail forwarding behaviour and the same has been published in the New Scientist.

He says, “Forwarding a genuinely amusing or interesting link to a friend shows that you are thinking of them and are aware of the sort of content they like. At the same time, passing an irrelevant or out-of-date link on to contacts can be annoying, thus lowering the sender's social status in the recipient's eyes”.

The power of the email based networking has been used by the internet marketing firms who use the free mail services like yahoo attach marketing links along with the message sent.

So people improve your social ties…Forward more mails… J
