Jammed Call centres
The effect of the yesterday’s attack on London has a global effect. Call centres of the London’s National Rail were choked with the flooding number of calls from travellers stranded in London about the trains services. The outsourced call centre operation for the Rail Company is handled by Intelenet Global services with a work force of 5000 people.

To handle the load, staffs are working overtime and without any break…
