Thanda is not always 'Thanda'..

The above photo is the latest controversial hoarding put up by India’s one of the best digital photographer Sharad. This has been put up in Cathedral Road, right at the heart of the Chennai business hub to advertise his services. This had rubbed the Coca Cola India’s officials on the bitter side.

In reaction, Coke has filed a defamation suit against him and asked for a ruling to remove the hoarding immediately. Sharad has not scumbed to pressure and is filing a counter for the same. What is interesting is that Sharad is a very prominent photographer in the Advertising field and he has done quite a number of shoots for Coca-Cola India too.

Hey! The hoarding was on Nungambakkam High Road.Sharad was asked to 'apologise'.He refused to back down.He wasdeluged with mails from world over extending help in whatever way to fight the Cola Giant. One Chinese guy even offered to pay for the lawsuit! Ofcourse Coke found it all backfiring and cooled off.
Sharad's earlier billboard had a lil boy peeing on a wall that had a huge Nike sign on it. With the tagline 'Just Do It'
Now the one on display has a headline saying First Aid. The kit has one condom. The ad is for Aids Prevention.

Goodwork. Keep them coming.Mind your spelling:)
