With the smoking ban enforced in England roughly a month ago.. Much was the joys for the passive smokers like me. But a loophole in the law is being exploited by the smoking community out there.. The ban ststes that smoking shall be prohibited in public places that are enclosed. It has no holding on public places like the seating areas across the pub, cafe etc.

So in effect you find that the smokers now take it to the street literally.. Now in effect, while the pubs are smoke free the streets are filled with pubbers who also smoke and the other smoking crowd. Now in effect its a boon for the non-smoking pubbers but its made things worse for people like me wheo neither are pubbers nor smokers..

Makes me think, i am living in an Ashtray???
