Oil is the 'Heart' of the problem 'local' & 'International'

The British Heart foundation has launched this fantastic campaign to response to a report on the habits of eating crisps within the new generation.

The report says that if you eat one pack of potato chips (crisps) per day, it is the same as drinking 5 litres of cooking oil over a year's time.

The report also finds that nearly a fifth of children eat two packets of crisps per day. A typical 35g bag of crisps contains about two-and-a-half teaspoons of oil, whilst a larger 50g pack contains three-and-a-half.

Was wondering how many litres of oil we people drink a year. Oh those Pappadams, Murukkus, Vadais, Seedais...
